Breakfast Club
We strive to provide high quality wrap around care facilities for our children in school.
We operate a very popular Breakfast Club every morning from 8am to 8.55am in the school hall. Children are served a selection of cereals, porridge, fruit and toast with water, juice and milk available to drink. Breakfast Club is always staffed by at least two members of school non teaching staff and Nursery children are welcome to attend Breakfast Club too.
We also have a range of structured activities for children to take part in once they have finished their breakfast. These are:
- Monday – Games
- Tuesday – Construction
- Wednesday – ICT
- Thursday – Outdoor Play
- Friday – Film Club
Breakfast Club provides excellent value for money at £2.00 per child, per day.
Every half term we operate a themed Breakfast Club which regularly attracts over half of the children who attend school. Recent themed Breakfast Clubs have included Children in Need, Pancake Day, Fairtrade, Sport Relief and Berries for Breakfast. Please see our weekly Newsletter for information on the next themed breakfast event.
After School Clubs
We pride ourselves in offering a wide range of after school clubs that are available to children across school. After school clubs are led by school staff as well as visiting experts and cover a wide range of disciplines such as sport, music, drama, arts, craft and design. Our after school clubs change on a half termly basis to ensure we offer a variety of opportunities for all age groups.
